Usage

This structure is used when the more something happens or is in some state, the more another thing happens or in some state.

Examples

外国語は話せば話すほど、上手になります。そして、読めば読むほぼ、単語が増えます。 If you talk a lot in a foreign language, the more you become better at it. Also if the more you read the better does your vocabulary get.
運動すれば(運動)するほど、健康になれるし、痩せられるから、運動は一石二鳥ですね。 The more you train the better gets your health and you lose more fat, so you are killing two birds with one stone.
