に過ぎない
Usage
(V/Vて/Vた/N) + に過ぎない Used to express the fact that something is "just -", and implies that what is being mentioned has no real value, or is a small figure
Examples
高校に進学しない人は、5%いかに過ぎない
The percentage of people who quit before high school is only 5% or less
彼のスピーチは長かったが、同じことを言っているに過ぎなかった
His speech was long, but all he did say was the same thing over and over again
