Usage
This sentence pattern is used to show that X is related in some way to Y. The particle after the first noun can be either と or に. When this pattern is used in relative clauses, の is commonly used after 関係 in place of が.
Examples
経済は政治と深い関係がある。
Economics and politics are deeply related to each other.
授業に関係のない質問はしないようにしましょう。
