Usage

たった(の) is used to emphasise the small amount or number of something "only"

昨日は大雪で、授業に来た学生はたったの四人だった。 Yesterday, due to the heavy snow, only four students came to class.

インスタントラーメンは、たった３分でできるので便利です。 Instant ramen is convenient because it only takes 3 minutes to prepare.
