Verbべき
Usage
The auxiliary べき expresses the speaker's strong judgement that one should do something. The form of する before べき can be either す or する (i.e, すべき or するべき) "should; ought to"
Examples
自分で出来ることは、自分ですべきだ。
I can do this myself, so I should do this by myself.
電車の中や病院などでは、携帯電話を使うべきではない。
Inside of the train and the hospital, you should not use the smartphone.

Add だめ or いけない or ならない at the end to sound more serious
