Usage
To talk to someone of a higher position and you want to show respect
Verbs become their passive form + conjugated as II verbs
Group 3 verbs and verbs whose ます form consists of one syllable, such as 見ます and 寝ます do not have this form. If those verbs have a respectful equivalent, use those otherwise おVますform になります
て form -> Vますform まして
ので -> ますので
Examples
中村さんは７時に来られます
Ms Nakamura is coming at 7 o clock.
社長はもうお帰りになりました
The company president has already gone home.
ハンスがゆうべ熱を出しまして、けさもまだ下がらないんです
Hans started running a temperature last night, and this morning, it still hasn't gone down
今日は学校を休めませうので、先生によろしくお伝えてください
I'm keeping him out of school today. Please give my regards to his teacher
