[たらいかがですか] is a polite form of [-たらどう]

[-たらどう] and [-たら] are used when speaking to someone junior or someone with whom one is on familiar terms

今日は恋人の誕生日なんだ。電話でもかけて(あがたらどう/あがたらいかがですか) It's my girlfriend's birthday today. Why don't you call her or something?

少し熱があるみたい...薬を飲んで、今日は早く寝たら I think I've got a bit of a temperature. How about taking some medicine and going to bed early today?
