Usage
Used to indicate that what is being described occured just after a certain scenario and possess the properties of being 新鮮だ, 未熟だ (fresh, immature) or the like
Examples
田中さんはまだ入社したてですから、この会社のことがよく分かりません。
Mr Tanaka has only just joined the company, so he doesn't know much about it yet
しぼりたての牛乳は美味しい
Milk fresh from the cow is delicious
