Usage
「-でも-でも、関係なく」no matter ~ or ~; regardless of ~ (listing multiple possibilities, often negative or extreme situations)
Examples
犬だろうが猫だろうが、父はペットを飼うことを許してくれませんでした
Whether it was a dog or a cat, my father wouldn’t allow me to keep a pet.
泣こうがわめこうが、この仕事は自分で人でやるしかない
No matter how much you cry or scream, you have to do this job on your own.
