どちらかといえば、-ほうだ
Usage
(V / いA / な ~~-だ~~->な) + ほうだ。どちらかと言えば、Xほうだ is used to indicate that a subject is strictly speaking, not completely X, but could be described as being X on the whole, without definitely committing oneself as to wether it is X or not.
Examples
この辺りには高い店が多いのですが、この店はどちらかと言えば安い方です。
Most of the shops round here are expensive, but this one is on the cheaper side.
私はどちらかと言えば、好き嫌いはあまりないほうだ。
I am someone who tends not to have strong likes and dislikes.
