用法
XながらY connects X and Y in the paradoxical relationship 'X but Y', contradicting the prediction or expecation Xならは普通はYない. X can be a motion verb, the ている form or a stative verb, or the ない form. V ますform ~~ます~~ / N/なA / いA + ながら

あの人は、医者でありながら、健康に悪そうなものばかり食べている。
Although he's a doctor, all he eats is things bad that seem bad for the health
